What’s New in ARM 2026.3.0
Key highlights
AP Invoices
Single-line or rolled-up invoices for suppliers
Invoices can be rolled up into single summary lines based on the invoice total to ensure invoices are processed in a format that best suits each supplier and business process.
GL Allocations
Improved allocation automation
Apply default GL allocations through configurable hierarchy rules at Company, Vendor Group and Vendor levels.
Supplier pricing export
Enhanced ability to export supplier pricing information
Include supplier details, quantities, pricing, effective dates and expiry dates on exports.
Purchase Orders
Automated supplier notifications
Manage purchase order expections more effectively.
AP Automation
Invoice-processing updates
Support for invoice uploads up to 100 MB, configurable currency Populate and Trust confidence thresholds.
Kinetic Integration
Incoterm Location Support
Ensure purchase orders generated from requisitions can integrate successfully with Kinetic when Incoterm Location information is required.
New Features
Every new capability in this release.
AP Invoices and Draft Invoices
A new Single-line Invoice option on the Draft Invoice header allows invoices such as utilities, subscriptions, and services to be represented as one total line instead of detailed extracted lines.
Vendor automation rules now support both single total line creation and rolled-up miscellaneous line generation for vendors that do not use purchase orders.
A configurable default allocation code can now be defined at Company, Vendor Group, and Vendor levels, and is applied hierarchically during AP invoice creation.
Invoices can now be automatically placed on hold, and suppliers can be notified using configurable email templates when purchase order issues are detected.
Master Data, Settings and Administration
Export catalogue supplier and pricing details including supplier, quantity, UOM, unit price, effective date, and expiry date for review and reporting.
Purchase orders generated from requisitions can integrate successfully with Kinetic when Incoterm Location information is required
Incoterm Locations are only supported in Kinetic 2025.2 and above. If your environment uses an older version of Kinetic, use the solution package that came with ARM 2026.2.0.
SLS Service Plan Purchasing
Kinetic visit records are now created only after requisitions are approved and purchase orders are generated, reducing orphaned records and enforcing expected time increment behavior.
Enhancements
Improvements to capabilities you already use.
AP Invoices and Draft Invoices
Improved support for invoice uploads up to 100 MB and for high-page-count PDFs.
User-facing messages now better explain PDF corruption or unsupported format problems while preserving technical diagnostics.
Purchasing and Receiving
Unsupported symbols and pasted characters are handled more safely to prevent purchase order integration failures with Kinetic.
External Notes field lengths were expanded to better align with Kinetic purchase order note capacity.
Added a search parameter to PO Suggestions so that the list can be filtered by type.
Added the Primary Country of Origin details to Catalogue Items (read-only integrated from Kinetic for Kinetic parts, and editable for local catalogue items).
Master Data, Settings, and Administration
Added dedicated "Draft Invoice Validation Settings".
-
Added validation rules for:
-
Require PO - PO not found
-
Require PO - PO already matched
-
-
Added options per validation rule:
-
Auto Hold (checkbox): Automatically places the draft invoice on hold when the condition fails.
-
Auto Notify Supplier (checkbox): Automatically emails the supplier contact using the error-specific email template when held.
-
-
Added a new company setting: CC Email Addresses for Draft Invoice (semicolon-separated addresses for copying internal teams/AP on notifications).
Setting Change: Added a toggle to exclude $0 or free line items identified during OCR ingestion from populating into Draft Invoices. Configurable at both the Company level and overridable at the Vendor level (defaults to disabled/existing behavior).
Auto roll-up & single-line options have been added to Vendor Maintenance > Automation Matching Requirements, the existing Never use a PO option was expanded into three distinct options.
Administrators configuring these new modes must verify that company fallbacks (Default Non-Cat Part No, Default UOM, and Default Product Tax Category Code) are properly populated under Company Settings.
OCR settings now include configurable Populate and Trust thresholds for currency recognition.
Platform and Perfomance
Frontend and backend dependencies were reviewed and updated.
VendorContactPhone was added to the purchase order report dataset.
Update the external notes field length in the DB
Resolved Issues
Resolved issues in this release, grouped by area.
Requisitions, Purchasing & Receiving
| ARM-5487 |
Fixed an issue where the PO creation queue in BIL did not clear failed states, allowing PO retry actions from the ARM Agent to proceed without restarting BIL. |
| ARM-5866 |
Improved transaction rollback behavior to prevent orphaned blank PO headers during failures. |
| ARM-5875 |
Resolved report population failures when using the V2 report data model. |
| ARM-5913 |
Fixed save failures and null errors when adding notes to requisitions in the refreshed UI. |
| ARM-6022 |
Ensure receipted and closed lines do not duplicate on Change Order requisitions. |
Approvals and Workflow
| ARM-5577 |
Enhanced GL defaulting logic to continue evaluating lower hierarchy levels for a valid combination if an earlier level produces an invalid GL mask. |
| ARM-5606 |
Prevented document lockups when revising invoices already re-entered or re-processed in Kinetic. |
AP Invoices & Draft Invoices
| ARM-5867 |
Restored receipt matching functionality on Draft Invoices. |
Platform, Settings and Integrations
| ARM-5795 |
Updated the Notes API endpoint to require note text in the request body and deprecated query string content, eliminating IIS URL length limit errors. |
| ARM-5881 |
Removed online index syntax from upgrade scripts to prevent failures on non-Enterprise editions. |
| ARM-6010 |
Restored authentication support where the JWT sub claim is returned as a JSON array. |
| ARM-6123 |
Under heavy use, ARM could use more memory than expected. In some cases, this caused the application to restart without warning. Users might then find that a document didn’t generate, such as a purchase order report. |
